（吉隆坡9日讯）世霸动力（SERBADK,5279,主板贸服组）相信战略收购是提升能力的最快途径，因此正与4家公司洽商，拟在1个月内斥资500万至1500万令吉收购科技公司。

该公司首席执行员拿督莫哈末阿都哈林接受《彭博社》专访时表示，公司将通过内部资金融资收购计划。

截至3月手握5.55亿

《彭博社》数据显示，截至今年3月杪，世霸动力现手握5亿5550万令吉现金。

同时，莫哈末阿都哈林指出，随着国际油价攀升，市场对石油与天然气领域前景日趋看涨，公司有信心今年营业额和净收入可增长15至20%。

“国家石油公司（Petronas）开始释出更多工程，已释放出领域前景日趋光明的讯号。油价走高将提高主要石油公司的资本开销，从而改善集团设计、采购、施工及启用（EPCC）合约营业额前景。”

目前，世霸动力超过80%营业额贡献自油气业，其中60%源自海外。

此外，莫哈末阿都哈林说，除了国油合约，世霸动力现未握有任何政府合约。

数据显示，世霸动力自2017年2月上市以来，股价已攀升125%。该股周一起1仙，至3令吉40仙，今年累积上涨6.18%。

SERBADK is one of the potential buyer/partner for Barakah....as mentioned by the GCEO, he planning to sell portion of his share and looking strategy partner to bit for more project and as well as join own the idle boat.....don't forget extension of the principle repayment is due in 2019, so Barakah need a deal by this quarter before the company financial get worsen.

Any white knight must be from O&G sector also. With trade war looming, all upstream and downstream O&G biz will be affected and i dont think they will buy into barakah now. W/o white knight, this stock is worth is only 0.06+- and likely PN17 likw what Victory015 stated.

Samling acquired as many as 82.55 million shares or 10% equity interest in July last year, and increased its shareholding to 13.57% or 112.05 million shares in early November last year. From early June to end-November last year, Barakah’s share price averaged 51.2 sen.

Samling invested 57million into Barakah, i reckon that Samling would be the white knight, i speculate that they has made the offer but pending Daud to accept..crossed finger.

From the news....The current Barakah contract value stands at RM225 million, of which 70 percent are works in the Sarawak waters.

if you exclude the 166 million from the extension contract announced recently, only left 60 million , so little, if CEO still refuse to compromise.....die lo
