even the Rapid project delays, their own tank terminals business in Pengerang phase 1 had completed, earnings will start kicking in. As u can see from Daya Barakah and Thheavy, turning projects into profits is not as easy as shown by Dialog and Dayang + Perdana.

PM Najib said the O&G sector is to emerge as the "Rising Star" as the expectation was based on massive RM61billion RAPID project in Pengerang got off the ground by year end. So, that mean Petronas definitely will approve the RAPID project in the coming soon FID meeting.. Then, Dialog will be the 1st RISING STAR..!

bcoz EPF knew the projects is approved but delayed laa, and dont forget 2018 is election year, anything can happen after that. my price is 3.4/share, sell and buy other shares like Pantech, coz the supporting facilities will start construction first. u guys see Prestariang just get 1 academy project ad increase so much in price, Pantech sure will break rm1 soon

（吉隆坡10日訊）戴樂集團（DIALOG，7277，主要板貿易）因火患事件，被要求作出高達4億8075萬令吉的賠償金。

　戴樂集團向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Dialog E & C 私人有限公司（DECSB）接獲來自 Tanjung Langsat Port私人有限公司（TLP）的仲裁入稟書，針對工程、採購、建築及委外（EPCC）合約，要求賠償至少4億8075萬令吉。

　TLP和DECSB早前簽署總值8950萬令吉的柔佛EPCC合約，已為有關設施展開運作的TLP聲稱，因2008年的火災事故，已遭受損失和損害。

　TLP亦有指，是DECSB牴觸EPCC合約，導致火患發生。

　不過，DECSB已針對上述賠償金，向律師咨詢詳情。

　戴樂集團認為，上述索賠不會對該集團2014財年的財務狀況和運作造成重大影響

If Dialog loses this lawsuit, it will have to pay about RM550 million equivalent to 38% of its equity. Currently, it is still in debt of RM400 million. Be careful if you still want to buy.

if banks are buying Dialog, they would have inside info that whatever the outcome, Dialog share will rise. Banks are some of the smartest investors in the world.... or shall I say, they are few of those with special privilege on insider info.
