AHB Holding Bhd (AHB) plans to expand its market by appointing more dealers worldwide as well as introduce new products. The company planned to appoint at least 20 more dealers worldwide to add to the current 12 dealers the group had, including locally, within the next one year. AHB, which is looking at growing its presence in India and had set up two dealerships recently, has over 25 export markets in different regions.

Year over year, AHB Holdings Berhad has been able to grow revenues from 12.5M MYR to 13.5M MYR. Most impressively, the company has been able to reduce the percentage of sales devoted to cost of goods sold, SGA expenses and income tax expenses. These changes allowed the company to report positive net income, improving from a loss of 9.2M MYR to a profit of 729.6K MYR.

In compliance with paragraph 4.1 of PN 17 and further to the announcement made on 31 October 2014, 1 December 2014, 2 January 2015, 4 February 2015, 2 March 2015, 1 April 2015 and 5 May 2015, respectively.

The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to inform that the Company is looking into formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition ("Regularisation Plan") and the Company has approximately 5 months to submit its Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the Regularisation Plan in accordance with the requirements under PN 17.

This announcement is dated 1 June 2015.
