John Rambo, as what i mentioned Section 8 gazette is to confirm the acres of land to be acquired, in fact is confirm d. Not like earlier on is Section 4, that's possible land to be acquire to be gazette in order to allow for further survey.

I personally also bought the e-gazette as mentioned by Madiba, same as what he shared to me.

Eden will be making the 4th qtr results announcement after 5pm. In the last three quarters, they announced made profit after tax YTD was RM2.87M, thus they should making the FYE 2022, at least Profit after tax for RM3.0M to RM4.5M. This is mainly due to all the sectors under Eden particularly Energy , Tourism and Catering are in full operations as compared to previous years which are affected by Covid 19 business restriction.

Majidbai expected Eden to make PAT between RM3.0M to RM4.5M for YTD performance. Selalunya trend Eden ni, masa 4th quarter banyak expenses been pick up by auditor especially on the deferred tax. I doubt Eden boleh buat PAT for YTD more than RM2.0M.
