slow and steady trend, hope is ***not another round of pump and dump.

lets assumed 120m cashflow come in, then the Group will turn from Net Current Liabilities to Net Current Assets, remove the doubts of going concern and potential PN17 issues. Studied the share price previously, then the share price should be go back to 30-35 cents at least.

Ikang in fact if you follow the AGM, current chairman daughter, also current managing director, Datin Fara Nadia is not bad and they have their strategic shareholder Dato Alex Wee who is also developer and corporate man. In fact can see they are progressing quite positively.

Take example on CNERGENZ, they make announcement on 2rd qtr with good profit on 17th August , the share price goes up on 18th and keep continue, unfortunate it is Friday , people took profit , otherwise it still continue. It is the same expected from Eden when they announce it

Mrupai, based on circular to shareholders dated 22 Mar 2001, ZIl injected the Gebeng land of 540.67acres to Eden. The balance land size after this acquisition is about 360 acres @ RM15per psf.

BILLC, what is the problem with Majidbai? So far his info I considered good and informative. The share price has increase from 14 sen in late July to 17 -17.5 sen , is already positive move. the decision is in your hand whether you want to buy or not. I got BURN 3 time with Eden but still I go in ....

Maybe they are going to start moving back up when another factor come in, that is quarter results. they might put it in there, it will be out any time soon. Financial year end this month, who know there is got special dividend.

Madiba’s sharing is absolutely fine and may be up to date. But some party is constantly unloading at 17.5 cents. If knowing that the land deal is imminent, then why this party, knowing such a deal will bring a great windfall, is unloading? Makes me curious. And to my knowledge, this party is not a small timer I suppose.

if move to 0.20 more selling pressure by retailers. I think many small investors get caught at that level before based on the last 2 pump and dump scheme. Maybe this is what major shareholders want, then they can collect back at 0.20 while NTA of the Company is 0.70-0.80 while if included the revaluation will be 1.00-1.20。

For timing wise of collection of compensation, i roughly do a calculation of timing

Fastest September 2022 (4 months from Gazette Section 8)
Slowest May 2023 (12 months from Gazette Section 8)

This is the major uncertainty (timing) at the moment. For land compulsory acquisition, sure confirmed will take one.
