Like myself, i am one of the very first personal investors start to track from MOT public inspection regarding this ECRL thing and many friendly investors (i believe they are genuine also) also shared whatever they have. This is the main purpose of this forum.
We experienced multiple times pump and dump in this counters over past 3 years. We also wont simply trust any baseless rumour one.

Ya, when it comes to compulsory acquisition, they will just take what they need and leave the owner with the balance, however unviable the leftover might be.
Hopefully the leftover portion is regularly shaped which can then have a potential for development to go hand in hand with the portion being acquired. That would add value to the balance land
Can any sifus advise how the land acquisition will affect the land size and shape of the unacquired portion and also whether the area in general is viable for development
Fronting highway one still available with rectangular side which direct connect to KPC passenger station (front). Then behind another land kena a bit only, that one connect to freight station portion (back).
And another point to highlight, if you follow long enough their annual report, you will see there is an amount owing by holding company, this amount is owing by Zil Enterprise to Eden, if not mistaken should be 50-60m in historical cost. And currently Zil assigned the proceed from disposal of lands to Eden, and this round Zil Enterprise also kena about RM40m.
So to recap, EDEN group not only receive RM76m, but also another RM40m+ too for first round.
If Eden further appeal to justify their commercial lost due to development of KPC, then they can get further compensation. which possible will be higher, can refer to DBHD approach for same ECRL project in Kuantan Kotasas.
Brothers, -facts and figures: 1. Lot 8911 balance land size as at June 2021 is 81.99hectares and acquired size for KPC is 23.3064 hectares, leaving balance of 58.6880hectares. 2. Lot 8907 balance size at same period is 41.08hectares and acquired under this only 6.4087hectares and balance after acquired is 34.6713hectares. all acquired size for KPC are as stated in Goverment Gazette as mentioned earlier. Believed the acquisition price for Lot 8911 is much higher than for Lot 8907 due to unknown reason.
Thanks for clarifying, so is just partially acquired. Usually with such cash sum the share price would have at least break 20 cents and probably touching 30 cents already even before the announcement become official. Sit back and watch how far can this counter go.
