Lands belong to Eden and it holding Co, ZESB with size of 29.1hectare(Eden) and ZESB (14.7hectare) which equivalent to 109acres is being be acquired for " Tapak Stesen Kuantan Port City (KPC) for ECRL project as stated in Warta Kerajaan Neg Pahang No 1178, dated 26th May 2022. Believed they had finalised the quantum amount of compensation which abt RM120 M and expected the payment by early September 2022. you need to buy the warta from Percetakan Negara to know the detail on lands. So what to expect?? . By
sept .....Company will be Cash rich with cash flow of RM120M

If cashflow in is RM120m vs current market cap of RM80+-m, then why the insiders no eagerly eat up the volume leh?

Ikang, personally think that, only whether this land acquisition secured or not secured.

Government have money or not, i think the answer is very clear yes especially the land acquisition is the first step to proceed, less risk of non-payment. I think their Bank/Financial Institutions facility line is ready there to disbursed if land acquisition concluded.
