The Board of Directors of AWC Berhad (“AWC”) is pleased to announce that a tender submitted by the Facilities Division for the facilities management of the Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (“TBS”), in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur, has been accepted by the Government of Malaysia. The fee for the maintenance of the TBS is approximately RM130 million (including Goods and Services Tax) over the maintenance period of five (5) years. AWC has, on today’s date, accepted and returned the Government of Malaysia’s Letter for Acceptance of Tender.
As mentioned earlier, AWC is submitting tenders as an ongoing routine. Good part of it, the strike rate is pretty high and successful. At this rate it is going forward, the potential for growth is good and rewarding. It is definitely an excellent counter for mid to long term investment with occasional opportunities for churning DIY dividend......kakaka. If you have sold high but you can always consider to buy back if it falls back lower than your level you have sold......just another sen worth of my personal opinion.......risks are yours to take.
The strike rate for its tenders for AWC is pretty high which will then awarded the contracts. Just check back its recent announcements for past year and tabulate the contracts being awarded.
last two days buying position got butterflies in the stomach, today and the next two days will be for buying back for the sellers... any new fresh buying position must have vit M to hold for next few days.... kikiki ..good luck..
CIMB Equities Research is retaining its Add call for facilities management company AWC with a higher sum-of-parts based target price of RM1.19, after including its upgraded earnings forecasts.
It looks like the support level is moving up higher each time, as the price moved up and down after each round of pushing. As long as one is able to hold after buying will not lose money even one bought high. Just wait for the next round.......meanwhile those sold high and bought back low,.......means that another round of churned DIY dividend.......kakaka Another sen worth of my personal opinion.......risks are yours to take.... as money are yours.
Most of the recent comments in this forum are rather positive for AWC. It is a good sign and getting more favourable support augurs well for this counter. As I have commented on a few occassions much earlier, for mid to long term investors, AWC is the counter to invest in. The value in the company is creeping up and so is the price. Just be patient and will be rewarded accordingly........another sen worth of my personal opinion.......kakaka
