Taisei Lamick now buying on the open market @ 65 & 65.5c because they're likely not confident of reaching the 90% threshold for delisting due to non action by minority shareholders(including me)

Independent advisors advise not to sell because they have huge stack inside. But again maypack is not making great profit qoq

My guess is that they may have to raise the offer price to 80c or thereabouts to clinch the 90% threshold.

I don't think the 2nd day will limit up, but they may STILL not reach the 90% threshold because the RNAV is 1.76 according to the independent adviser.

Those who sold in the last couple of weeks @ 65c in the open market are sc**ed! LOL

Only 7,900 shares done so far even after UP 46% from yesterday???

I think very few minority shareholders have Maypak shares left! ( I'm one of them :D )

Tomorrow's price action will be more interesting...can guess whether TL will likely hit the 90% threshold or not.

It is my intention that Taisei Lamick fall SHORT of the 90% threshold to force minority shareholders to accept their lowball offer...just like Cordlife failed to reach the 90% threshold for Stemlife!
