gushan FBMKLCI2015, the warrants have a 5 years expiry date. After 5 years, if the price doesn't reached the current 70% premium, the warrants value becomes zero.

Are you sure becomes zero?? Don't be funny. The warrant will be converted to mother share. This is not call/put warrant. Please do some readings before saying it loud
