how do you know the company with no good prospect? their property sales are still selling well, go to their sales gallery if you are free, to check their sales...not much of units available.. plus HOC program help them to boost up their sales.. handling over eco grandeuer this october, profit is coming in...

Made good profit every year ?? I think just on the books only. Nobody knows the facts behind.

Make money so what? Of course Bjcorp and Ecoworld is different. Only difference is that when Bjcorp made money they give dividends but Ecoworld doesn't!

And even worst still, the shares prices of this profits making company is keep dropping like no ending.

IN a few months, or FY2020 at the latest, shareholders of Eco World International Bhd (EWI) can expect to receive dividends. The developer is already profitable and confident of its earnings trajectory, says executive vice-chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin.

But I think after Brexit, things will be OK.
