以前阿Yong讲目标价三毛，我觉得匪夷所思。自从贱世CEO 建华承认公司有33亿负债后，我信三毛即将来临了。人家马星卖的是30至40万的KL 市中心楼盘，贱世卖的是80至几百万的郊外豪宅，你是打工或做市中心生意的，你会跟誰买？

@Raja. 公寓短缺，我对此又所保留。老马那天才说，外国人买60万公寓，不能拿公民权，只可以当度假屋。加上Rehda最近才说，申请第二家园的人数没大变化。今天的星洲才展示数据，滞销库存简直怕人。
所以现在，一就是有人炒楼，一就是有人炒股。Raja, 别买那么多啦，习主席说，屋是拿来住，不是拿来炒的！哈哈哈........:-)

其实希盟上台后，一直说拼经济打贪等，当然不会马上看见效应，不过行情好坏人民迟早会知道的。现在的人，口一直喊没钱，但是开定期就不手软，说白了就是不敢用，不想投资。经济好，手头松，自然就会化费，到时买屋买地做生意的意愿自然就会提升，到时认识务的银行也很愿意为大家融资。
现在？好景真的还没到！

即使没有600k门槛，发展商市中心公寓已经开始要卖完了哦，大家出去走走问问市场哦，不要在家里看新闻，新闻比你亲自出马来得慢， 香港有钱人买楼真的不是开玩笑，1/5的楼价，度假屋也不错

股票行就是一个很好的行情指标。现在那一间都一样，冷冷清清，门可罗雀。安娣安哥在骗茶喝谈天，经纪在讲是非，职员在打嗑睡，经理开会在骂投行职员开多点户口.........什么鬼行情来的！结果被套的继续被套，该走的也没回头了。
唉.......上网车大炮吧，省油钱，省喝茶钱！哈哈哈.......... :-)

以前悟桐的云顶，巴士，缆车，停车场，吃饭，酒店住宿都几乎免费的，赌桌的投注额十块，25块，很多年长者，找吃的，天天云顶一日游，人潮处处。
现在国泰的云顶，什么屁都收现钱，投注额一百至三百等，搞到大家却步留在家看电视，找不到吃的朋友也别处溜了，除了假期周末有点人潮，平时就是小猫两三只。
如果悟桐再见国泰，你说他们两父子会为此吵起来吗？？

每一次到房屋促销会，销售员都跟我说，要卖完了，下定趁早，不然迟点就买贵屋了。事实真是如此吗？
我本身是销售出身的，也干过小生意，怎样哄客户，心照啦！市中心当然好卖，远离市中心和郊外一样热卖？
