至于这个肺炎。。。 我过年后参加了几个银行的电话论坛。。。

总归一句话。。。现在谈任何经济数据和影响都是多余的。。。毕竟中国一二月的数据也还没出。。。到底中国自己有几伤。。。没有人懂。。。制造业多少停顿，多少能开工，零售服务运输等等等的伤害，中国会动用多少资金扶持哪个领域。。。都是未知数。。。

现在最大的悬念。。。是大家都在用2003年的经验来看待这次的影响。。。也一直几乎看好希望四月后疫情能够受控。。。这。。。有点太乐观。。。

有兴趣的。。。接下来注意三月头（可能）公布的中国数据。。。

这些论坛上的专家普遍认为，在疫情四月后受控，中国三月头报告一二月数据的情况下
1） 制造，贸易（和中国的）将能够实现V行复苏。这些国家包括新马泰台韩
2） 旅游服务零售相关的行业，复苏将是漫长的。尤其是新马泰
3） 第二季将是受影响的季度
4） 第三季可能看到复苏
5） 第四季可能回到正轨

至于中国之前过完年一开市，股市只跌了一天，而第二天就回弹。。。并不代表最坏的已经过去。。。而是大家都还不知道影响多深。。。这也解释了为什么大多数国家也还不完全知道这此的疫情对个别国家会有多大影响。。。

总之。。。我已经止损云顶大马的票了。。。短期内主打短炒偷鸡。。。

只要公司给股息，它就符合大家的要求

到时才买的朋友别说股息套房这件事

国行已经明示了将会再cut
3月头很大可能就会降
更多的人会把利率纳入考量

最致命的其实是OPR rate,对于一个负债高的公司我不知道是否对它有没有利好
但是低利率就是房地产的强心剂

因为那时候我们的国家出现了Deflation

2019 2020 同时间国家银行已经开始下调OPR rate
再加上这个武汉肺炎，看似雪上加霜
但其实如果你大胆假设，这对房地产是绝大利好
