The Company will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective 10 October 2012.

Yesterday i manage in 0.34 & out 0.345 and in 0.33 & out 0.335 then bought it at 0.325 keep till today.Today morning hit 0.33 and see afternoon can hit 0.35 or not...

helo..those big fish are smarter le... buy in 0.25 sell 0.5....wait to drop back until 0.25 then second round collect profit... think so easy to drop to 0.25 now? because many people trapped around 30-35 sen including me! hahaha So people....dont give up so easily... sell more drop more...force big fish to jump back in 0.28 is good enough...

Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd is eyeing jobs under the government's 1Malaysia People's Housing Scheme (PR1MA), according to Wie Hock Kiong, Director at the company.

"PR1MA offers a good supply of projects in the market in view of the government's efforts in providing affordable housing and we would like to take this opportunity to bid for some projects under this scheme," he said during the company's listing ceremony.

The infrastructure construction company assumed the listing status of Mithril Bhd via a reverse takeover and restructuring scheme. It raised RM10 million from the listing exercise, majority of which will be used as working capital.

The company boasts a good track record, with around 30 buildings and infrastructure works it has completed for both the public and private sectors.

"We will seek out additional public and private sectors construction opportunities. Currently, we are bidding for approximately RM1.5 billion of tenders which will augment our strong orderbook," noted Wie.

Meanwhile, PR1MA aims to provide citizens, especially those living in urban area, with affordable housing by building units with prices ranging between RM100,000 and RM400,000.

As such, the scheme presents great opportunities for construction firms who can provide precast and industrialised building system (IBS), in support of the government's target to achieve 70 percent IBS content.

Datuk Lee Tuck Fook, Chairman of Pesona Metro Holdings, added: "We will invest in IBS technology and focus on securing construction works at PR1MA developments to boost our secured orderbook of RM705 million."

vincent_737: i think u should hold this stock while the market do a correction for the fair price..just give it 2-3 weeks to see the performance of this stock bcoz now is force selling by the people who buy before the PN17 upliftment..
