two possibilities volume big price no change upward or little litle change n wit end closing in red...one is roll over by regulator ..two
trap n accumulation...few weeks already this pesona moving in this way..so no contra but pik up to avoid loses..or cut loss if u think it is downtrend...but i dont think so..it is hybernating ...gud luck bros
