warrant (WC) at 55sen arbitrage opportunity n 10% cheaper than mother at 88sen..bcoz u can buy warrant at 55sen n add 25sen = 80sen to convert to mother (mother 88sen)..so if u want to play pesona..current mode would be buy warrant n or sell mother..gd luck..

I also wondering why warrant so cheap.. meaning someone (owner? / company) need funding.. So, someone push the mother share price higher, hoping ppl to convert / exercise the warrant? In that way, the company get funding of 25sen for each warrant??

Another way to look at it is the major shareholder use warrant to enlarge his / her shareholding. But, looking at the company's structure, I don't think that's the case, as the largest shareholder already have very comfortable position. Unless this enlargement of shareholding translate to receive higher dividen in future... means good dividen coming in future? hahahah.. all kind of speculation..

Prior to the listing of the new warrant, they have pushed up mother from RM0.60+ to RM0.90+, so it's high time for boss to sell Wa at good price....the discount is a trap

today WC= 56sen + 25sen = 81sen conversion cost n will take 11 market days (t3 + 8) to convert to mother which is 92 sen today...
risk is, can the mother fall to 81sen in 11 days time or will it continue to break new highs..i will convert the free warrants first to mother to sell at a premium than the warrant in 11days time while continuing to buy the warrants..

after accumulating the warrant between 55sen to 52 sen for almost 7 days..sold ALL pesona-wc today at 59.5sen..yummy...kikikiii

now the warrant is in alignment with the mother, thus no longer provides the arbitrage opportunity..BUT if the warrant is whacked down again below 55sen, i will move in again as the mother is cornered n bullish..gd luck..
