传获21亿大道合约 百盛纳澄清未有着落

（吉隆坡22日讯）百盛纳（PESONA，8311，主板建筑股）澄清，虽然联号公司有呈交大道特许经营权的计划书予政府，但至今还未有落实任何大道合约。
百盛纳是针对《星报》今日的报导，做出澄清。
该报道指，百盛纳与Putrajaya Perdana共同持股的子公司，即将获得巴生谷大道特许经营权合约，总值21亿令吉。
同时，前者将会获得该大道的30%建筑工程。
对此，百盛纳晚间发文告澄清说，该公司在今年2月，以1000令吉现金和承担逾3亿令吉债务的代价，购入Megah Mestika公司所有股权。
Megah Mestika公司间接持有Saluran Arena的30%股权，另70%股权则属于Putrajaya Perdana。
不曾接受访问
该公司强调，Saluran Arena只是呈交了计划书，但目前未获得任何合约，此外，百盛纳也指出，公司没有董事或管理层，曾接受过该报访问。

Putrajaya Perdana Bhd, alongside Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd, is on the verge of securing a highway concession in the Klang Valley worth over RM2.1bil, marking the start of both companies diversifying their business portfolio away from a heavy reliance on the construction industry.

The highway, with a 55-year concession period, will give both companies recurring income and beef up their order books. The highway is also expected to form the backbone of the return of Putrajaya Perdana as a listed entity to Bursa Malaysia.

Has Pesona bought 30% of Putra Perdana Expressways Sdn Bhd? Putra Perdana was taken private in 2010 as part of the privatisation of UBG Bhd by Petro Saudi International. Is this a significant hold back?

u can see bursa announcement why the big share holder acquire the share without price? they are converting the warrant to mother share. therefore no price indicate. all is goreng their own. be aware..

thats what i've been doing n been proposing all along ever since the warrants were listed n were selling at a steep discount to the mother....BUY the "WA", pay additional rm250 per unit to convert to mother then SELL the "mother" (the whole process takes abt 13-15 working days)..repeat the cycle..been extremely rewarding..this is my 3rd round been able to sell the mother above the 90sen level while the total cost is 75 - 80sen...gd luck..

If buy warrant 48.5sen total cost if convert is 48.5+25=73.5sen. Gross gain=88-73.5=14.5sen.
