My philosophy just very simple.i always look for any counter which undervalue.this stock everything ok and NTA >RM4!
for long term keep this stock is attractive.last time i used to buy and sell, buy and sell in short time but prefer to keep good stock and wait for golden egg.2-3months ago i bought at 2.05 so now is 50% ROI :P
this is my thought but i believe everyone has their own philosophy :P

not really.we have to look for overall growth for each stock.
got asset but dun generate income also not a good company too.but debt ratio high also a risky company.everything it depends on your own judgement and eyesight.
nothing is 100% sure win. but we have to filter any bad stock to choose the better one :)

Perak Corp: No privatisation, reverse takeover (The Star Biz)

KUALA LUMPUR: Perak Corporation Bhd said on Wednesday there were no plans from any parties for a privatisation or a reverse takeover exercise.

It told Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday that after inquiring with the directors and major shareholders, "we wish to inform that, to-date, the Company has not received any proposals from any parties in respect of any potential privatisation or reverse takeover exercise".

Perak Corp added the company was not involved in any discussions about such corporate exercises.

It was responding to a news report that its share price surged to a seven-year high on privatisation talk.

Perak Corp ssaid it was committed to making the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities of any material information in a timely manner in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirement.

Based on today's paper, Prkcorp has no plans for takeover/privatisation or RTO at this juncture. If this is the case, the support of RM2.71 is crucial. Let us see the closing price for today. Good luck, guys.

Don't trust the paper. You will be mislead. Today they will report privatisation...tomorrow company will deny. Just keep and you will prosper.

when overall market going south , whether making money or not, this counter will come down as well and may breach RM 2.50 ? For me I had sold early n preparing the worst to come ....overall market will correct soon...hope so
