SILK控股洽售大道給達力

（吉隆坡22日訊）消息人士披露，S I L K控股（SILKHLD,5078,主板基建計劃組）正洽售加影外環大道（SILK）給達力集團（TALIWRK,8524,主板貿服組）。

根據digitaledge週刊報道，消息人士說：“這只是初步洽商……雙方在深入談判前，還有許多事項有待決定。”

SILK控股擁有上述大道的33年經營權，屆滿期是2037年。

去年11月，怡保工程（IJM,3336,主板建筑組）屬下道路工程公司（Road Builder）終止以3億9千500萬令吉收購上述大道的磋商。當時，SILK控股表示，由於無法在預定時間達到先決條件，決定取消大道脫售計劃。

Taliwrk 的PE目前为：5.88x
市值 : RM 1.819 bil
Eps : 63.90 cent
股价：RM3.76

PE ratio 来到6.50x
股价将升破RM4.00 ，达RM4.15

最起码PE 7.04x好不好， 股价相等于RM4.50

要是PE 7.82x， 股价不是不可能来到RM5.00

PE 8x, Taliwrk 价位RM5.11

PE 8.60x, 股价或许是RM5.50
（ 以上都是会发生在Nov 5， 2015 Ex-date 之前！）
考虑买进Pe 7.04x价位之前，足以为你丰衣足食。

先了解达力集团2变5 折细
在Nov 5，2015之前买进10 lots or 1000 units shares of Taliwrk，
（也就是说最后一天Nov 4， 2015 ）
您将会有2500 units shares.
注：1000 units 乘于2.50 等于2500 units.
股价会adjusted.

估计股价将调回在RM1.91-2.17 之间，
换句话说，rm1.91 x 2500 units shares 等于 您在折细之前买进的RM4775
所以，股价在Ex-date 前会是rm4.78 以上至少。

As a result of share splited, ( 2 : 5 share split )
will be credited into ours CDS account on the night of 9.11.2015.

Investors's units now are splited into 5 from 5.11.2015.

The Free Warrant ( 这个才是重点）
of TALIWRK will be credited into the central depository system acc. of
entitled shareholders with 8 days market day from 9.11.2015.

Entitled shareholders are NOT required to take any action.
The Warrant will be list and 2 days market days upon receipt of the
said submission by Bursa.
