Mah Sing is a company with profits going down the drain. It's glove factories are no where to be seen.

Their glove venture needs time between 12-18 months to nurture { not instant profit} best case scenario without hiccups starting production in early May0/Jun 2021 { 1st phase} financial result would be impacted by the start up cost { estimated between 150 Million} profit projection comes in 2022/2023 FY year. Just my 2 sen

That is the most optimistic projection without any obstacles. Now, in the construction sector, you want to look for workers also very diffult due to CMCO / RMCO. Ask around the MRT construction, they will lament the same.

Also, not easy to get approval from utility companies like SAINS, TNB & Gas Malaysia wihtin this period....the KM plan at local council level will easily drag 2-4 months longer compare to last time due to new norm.

Unless, they said they took over existing plant which already comissioned , then maybe still got chance la next year production. Otherwise, only water fishes will believe.

But no worry, Malaysia plentiful of water fishes. Infiniti supply, wakakaka

1 thing developers is good in, they are good in finding resources and sales. We believe this strong will be stronger in the long run with the gloves production. I can only see RM5 is coming near soon.....
