A vaccine is not likely to eradicate the virus, the advisor cautioned.

Kind of a weird strategy. New glove plants are build to last 20 years or more. They build them on rented land (Minho Kilning) and on a short term lease (3 years). The rent is hundreds of k. Is Mahsing skeptical of the long term prospects not investing in land? Mahsing got lots of landbanks, why rent?

sell before its too late... I repeat no factory yet, no product, no output, no revenue, no cash stream... by the time they have a stable factory line, the ASP is normalized and new companies like this will be wiped out because of lack of margin and brand equity. EXTREMELY STRONG SELL. However, many punters will still chase... and end up become sambal ikan bilis.
