Despite Friday klci drop 17 point, Pmetal still hold strong to close at 4.29. Lme Friday night up 5 usd close at 1658. 1 step further to 1700. The aluminium price achieved in strong usd environment. What does this means to Pmetal earning? Its sales is denominated in usd. Means higher revenue and higher margin. Coming q earning will be very impressive. Base on my calculation, share price will easily go to 5.00 n likely to reach 6.00 before or just after the q results.
If you don't have other counter to buy in soft market, why not give Pmetal a try?

Pmetal suitable for long term investment base on below:

1. Insider accumulate Pmetal share thru exercising warrant. You can check bursa announcement. If they have no confidence in long term, why they want to fork out 1.10 per share or millions of RM.
They can straight away sell when the w price goes up.

2. As we know, electricity is no1 cost for smelting production. Sesco has granted 25 years low tariff electricity supply to Pmetal, made Pmetal one of the most competitive smelters in the world.
Latest, Pmetal jv with China firm to produce pre-baked carbon anodes. This product contribute 10% of smelting cost. Hence, the jv will eventually boost their profit margin. Even aluminium price
below 1500 Pmetal still can make good profit.

3. I predict Pmetal will give 4 cents or above dividend in 3rd n 4th q (you may argue this is not confirmed yet but base on my calculation method n understanding of this company). If true, means above 3% dividend yield. If market drop, hold long long, every year 3% not bad what..

Above mentioned 3 defensive factors make you can comfortably hold this counter for years.

Now they temporary lock the uptrend and wait after the EGM then only they open it . Anyway more uptrend will be coming on the way after the EGM . Pmetal tetap boleh .

Bagrfan, I have stop buying Sign. Big player press down the price now to collect at cheap. Study on
other after split/bonus counters shows that Sign may drop to 0.50. It's not certain but I will base on this guideline as my entry point. Just hold on some lots bought last few month.
I'm now collecting k1 at below 0.20. If drop below 0.175 may trigger the price go down further. If it can close above 0.21, I will buy in bulk.
Bonia is another bottom up counter of mine. I believe this counter will start its uptrend move towards 1.00 n above. Just like Pmetal start its move in Feb.
