coming back to the stocks mkt, last night FED CPI 9.1% really shock everyone.
mkt very quite today , possibly the calm before the storm, or mkt are quitely hiding inside te eye of the storm,while more pain is in store .

sold Sabah estates for Rm248 mil Cash with 7.56 sen profit

Going to sell Bulugan lands for Rm731.09 Million with 31 sen profit

After selling just these two Tsh will be almost debt free

by the time Tsh is debt free it can follow Innoplant which it is managing by giving out 80% dividend from profits

that means perpetual income

in fact Tsh helped started inno for Sabah Govt in year 2007

4. TSH’s crown jewel, which they are extremely unlikely to sell even on a leaseback basis, is their Damansara Heights asset. Their HQ. Formerly Ekowood HQ before TSH took it private
