Someone’s comments in this forum is nothing new and nothing is creative. He is just like a point taker, keep repeating the same facts everyday& everywhere as following:

1) OWNER BOUGHT ITS OWN SHARE – as I comments previously , what is the big deals? What is there so surprise? like 母鸡生蛋[hen lays eggs]， Everyone is knowing 母鸡生蛋[hen lays eggs]. If news like 公鸡生蛋， 铁树开花[once in a blue moon]， then make sense. Again, holding substantial of the company share is nothing new(or news)to a founder/owner unless this someone holding > 5% , then it is news
2) ITS NTA & ITS INTRINSIC VALUE – again, what is there so “freshness” ? This is public information, right? Everyone also can get it from Bursa announcement. Do you think public or market don’t know how to value TSH, if not, why market pricing in @ RM 1.00 recently
3) TAKE OVER OFFER- AS MINORITY SHAREHOLDER - of course we want the company continue to be listed and growing from generation to another generation, so that we can growth together with them. Tak kan you buy share @RM 1.80 or RM1.70 or RM 1.60 or RM 1.40 or @ RM 1.00 , then “hope” it can be take over @ RM 3 or RM 5 in the “future”? Must well you buy Jackpot and “hope” you can win the big prizes

AND
He is trying to避重就轻[evade the crucial point] the following:
1) WHAT IS TSH FORWARD SELLING POLICY? - Two months? Three months, Six Months? At what price? (if there is) [I don’t think he knows]
2) CORRELATED TO FCPO PRICES - When FCPO is higher , he ask to accumulate ; down 10% accumulate, down 15% -accumulate , down 20% - also accumulate?????. He is never highlighted FCPO is on down trend (it seem likes no risk management at all!). He is either does not aware or purposely not to aware?
3) CORRELATED TO CRUDE OIL PRICES – Ukraine and Russia Crisis, forever war? How come recently so quiet? Wont end ? What is the world Demand and Supply for crude oil?
4) CORRELATED TO OTHER EDIBLE OIL – What is % of the crisis area is planted with all those crops ? Totally cannot harvest or export? And how was the Brazil and US crops production?
5) WHAT IS THE REASONS TSH CANNOT PAY HIGHER DIVIDEND IN TANDEM WITH ITS EPS IS IMPROVING? - Need to sell land/asset baru can declare dividend? Bonus issue? FYI, bonus shares do not add value, unless the company issuing the bonus shares increases the dividend pay-out

We are thinking the same scenario of that director let the price fall and take it private at a cheaper price (mention it last month but they said not ethical and so and so).

calvin, do you know that, ukraine and russia will have a discussion on the grain export by today. If this success, many more products will be discuss
