Good stock, steady. Now outstanding orderbook of RM 1.1 billion. Assuming net profit margin of 9-14% ( from the 4Q2019 and 1Q2020 results of construction based revenue and profit of SCIB), The estimated gross profit will be around RM 90 - 145 million over 15 months period ( assuming extension of 3 months for COVID in Oman and Qatar for its projects which are supposed to complete by April 2021).

Total no. of shares post PP is 122 million.
EPS will be around RM 0.74 - 1.20.

Thanks. I thought I was wrong when i analysed the entire quarterly results last night. But when i read all its projects and solid background of Datuk Karim with his dream of creating an EPCC dynasty in his circle of companies, i immediately bought 100k shares at rm 2.06-2.12

I think hv to wait for easily 1 month.

those who got private placement at 1.82 laugh all the way to bank. IF they sold yesterday at average price of 2.15 profit of RM0.33 per piece.

Based on yesterday volume of 5,000,000 shares x 0.33=profit RM1,650,000

Then next is to wait for the price to drop and sapu at 2.00 and below....am I right to say so?

hv to wait for the volume to accumulate until 5,000,000 shares for the next few weeks only got show.

now got no show at all.....

Shame on you:-

1) As of todate valued on hand projects - RM1.1 billions. (profit merely 4million so high PE)
2) Expected Oman & Qatar projects value at RM900 millions to be complete before Apr 2021 (High chance delayed by few more months)
3) Management confident to achieve RM1.5 billions order book by end of the year. (Market sentiment so week Serbak share price also drop like mad how to get new projects?)
4) Expected award another RM1.37 billions projects from Seba Group. (If the coming EGM being rejected by serbak shareholders?)
5) Coming QR will be cash rish as private placement already successfully done. (Fund to be used to finance its existing projects which required high capex)

PETRONAS cutting capex how to award new project to sub-contractors?

Even SCIB obtained license from PETRONAS also serve no purpose la...

Today and next Monday is not suitable to buy SCIB shares.

So many ppl stuck at higher price going to cut loss and go.

Monday is worst (T+2)

So is either sell now or dun catch the falling knife.

think the other way , why cant the purpose of Karim enter KPower and SCIB is to boost Serbadk ?
they can play with those accounting and make Serbadk earning much better by get low price of raw material and project margin from SCIB & KPower ?

most likely the resolution to award projects to Kpower and SCIB will rejected and vote against by serbak's shareholder.

Then this SCIB and Kpower price will go down to the drain.
