If cytew is correct on the listing limit, wa reference price 2.22-1.77 =45c, giving 20% premium, 2.22x1.2 - 1.77 = 90c, so it would be a 100% increase from reference price. Which is equal to 2.22+45c( 1 wa for 2 shares) =2.67 pre bonus warrant price.

Tracy, it’s the Bursa ruling for new listing of securities. 5x is the limit. Above RM1 = 400%. Below RM1 = 400% or 30cts whichever is higher

This new issue is the same as for any IPO
