I buy lowest at RM0.10 before Karim came into picture in 2019 both Kpower & SCIB. i prepare my house alr mortgage to cash out to put in when RM0.10

Karim always sell warrant to buy back mother. Look at Serba Dinamik, he did the same. Warrant no dividend, no voting rights. His style is like this, and he likes to give out quarterly dividend. When the price is low, he will buy back.

Want to buy kpower need to refer scib.and vice versa.Now scib warrant is on disposed mode by karim.so scib wa is stock maker for this both.

But kpower already at oversold region,if it can sustain selling pressured,then kpower will be the stock maker.

Karim's subscribe to Serba's PP, 10% of RM5B is RM500m and he subscribed 10% of the RM500m. He needs RM50m. KPower's warrant he owns about 50million, if average price he sold is 60 cents, this means he earns RM30 million.

He will sell SCIB's warrant too, to pay off the Serba's PP he subscribed to. It is just business. Serba is his baby, he will always support Serba.

KPower and SCIB quarter report is next week. If it is good, the price will rally. If you are a long term holder, just hold. If you bought high, sorry to hear this.

you should learn before trade, will save you from make mistakes

premium 0%, means when convert, warrant price + conversion price = mother price (break even)

if higher than 0, will be out of money (loss) and if lower will be in the money (profit)
