As foretold, Dato Karim bought even more Serba share in the open market after the PP. 4 million shares of Serba in the open market. From what I understand, he is trying to regain control of Serba.

He sold SCIB and KPower warrants to fund his purchase, not because SCIB and KPower got no hope no future. At the end of the day, SCIB and KPower success will depend on Serba's performance. SCIB will eventually be allocated more and more of Serba's EPCC construction projects. For SCIB and KPower to grow, Serba must do well do.

He will continue to buy Serba with the coming dividend by Serba, KPower and SCIB. Good luck.

@AnsonLiew Karim is selling his warrant to fund his buying on serbadk. Where on earth you can prove he is selling mother . Bear in mind he owns almost 50% of SCIB , the price drop he also will be badly affected. Anyway , talking to you is a waste of time .
