If co want more conversion money for warrant, i will let the price up post bonus issue as the warrant exercise price will be determined by adding 30% to the ex bonus price..
If market give warrant 50% premium, so the warrant should another 20% premium, price at 20 - 30cent.

This is cheaper than Kpower which warrant conversion price is RM2. 50... Does this mean Karim See Kpower future profit will grow faster than SCIB?

This proposal was out during the Egm on 17Nov,clearly stated the exercise price will be at 30% premium to the ex bonus share.One so called sifu yesterday said if warrant exercise below $1 will benefits everyone?If warrant exercise price is under $1,that means the mother will be less than $0.80 after ex,she clearly did not go thru all the announcement and just tembak.

For sure Kpower will go up more if u see the exercise price,if they use 30% premium as Scib(same IB UOB)Kpower will go near $8 and split became slightly $2,exercise price 30% premium is $2.50.

Scib warrant premium is not fixed at 30%. It is stated in as UP TO 30%. A guy during AGM requested to be at 25%. Karim said he will take note on it. Let see how it goes.
