lamborghini, please see below my own calculation:

I think in FY2016, EPS will be exceeds 30cents, we assume every quarter EPS=9cents

Q12016=9cents x 4 quarter = 36cents, lets say PE for construction sector is 10,

0.36 x 10 =RM3.60

Just to recap my previous post about Gadang FY2016 EPS :)

Construction order book:

FY 2015: 805m
FY 2016: 375m(RAPID, Pengerang)
FY 2016 onwards: 18billion (RAPID-Pengerang) - Budget 2016

Property unbilled Sales:

FY 2015: 189m(the Vyne, Salak South)
FY 2016: 1.00 b(township, Cyberjaya)
FY 2016 onwards: ?? (Capital City, Tampoi)


Estimate order book + unbilled sales(FY2015/2016) : 2.3billion
Authorised Share: 4million
Estimate Profit: 10% of 2.3billion = 230milion
Estimate EPS: 230m/4m/2 years = 28.75cents

Favco is a good stock, low PE, consistent revenue growth & delivery of improved profits.

It may be worth to pay more attention on the core operating profits in the latest QR, there are some gains in forex.
