looking at the intra day trading charts for today and yesterday, it seems there are profit taking elements. The price is no longer solid and show signs of crack. The graphs no longer taper upwards in a nice and steady fashion indicating steady accumulation, but rather it moves up and down in waves. But Gadang did remarkably by staying above RM2.50 despite profit taking and world uncertainty.
Now, whether RM2.50 will be the new norm/ support line hinges on the quarterly results to be released at the end of this month. If Gadang do well, then, RM2.50 will be the new norm.
I am looking forward to Gadang winning more Petronas contracts and MRT project.
adui..if i sell 1 lot at RM3.00, and i also buy it myself - yes, this can be done - then, Gadang has achieved RM3. But then, where is the volume to support it? If you notice, the volume is coming down and so is the price. Expect it to drop below RM2.50 and hovers at RM2.40 to RM2.50 price range.
Don't be silly. If the government cuts down the development spending and cease to carry on MRT 2.0 and 3.0, then the Greater Kuala Lumpur Transport Development Blueprint will be a Super White Elephant. All the cost invested in MRT 1.0, LRT 3.0 and Sky Bus will be sunk cost. The government may revise the budget and the administrative expense will probably be cut down.
Please do your home work and study the possibility of scenarios first before you come up with any constructive and substantiated suggestion. Don't simply say buy or sell.
If the government does not have money, can raise fund via issuance of Sukuk and Bond. Infrastructural development by all means will boost domestic economic growth given the scenario that Malaysia is still a developing economy. We are at the galloping state toward developed nation. The government spending multiplier effect is much bigger and more effective vis-a-vis developed nations. As long as economic growth persists, nothing to be afraid of borrowing to fund those projects. Although, to certain extent I disagree with Keynesian approach.
Politician tends to file those eye-catching program in the policy. Because he needs votes. When he says infrastructural development, ordinary people do not have idea how it benefits them. BRIM equals cash received by the people. Of course, BRIM can be an effective propaganda for Barisan Nasional. Common sense, isn't it?
Mat, kamu ni dah takde kerja lain ke? Kejab-kejab bagitau harga Gadang. Macam lah zaman ini zaman tok kadok, macam kami ini tak tahu harga semasa. Sudah sudah lah tu Mat, tak payah habis tenaga buang masa pasal update harga. Kami semua ada internet, boleh baca sendiri.
Lain lah kalu ko bagi analisa terperinci. Boleh gak semua dapat manfaat. Pikiak-pikiak kan lah Mat oi.
as i said.....price has shown some crack ...wait at the sidelines, you can collect cheaper at RM2.40...sayorana to those who chase and do not wish to hold
