Actually what is RAPID doing arr? Storage of oil and refinery? yes? oil producer keep on producing oil, tok about oversupply, that means excess, dun need storage one arr? Oil price going down, refinery business cost is oil price, yes? then refinery business will make big profit mah, I see internet oso say US refinery made money. so RAPID project is viable mah, no meh?

Capital City, Gadang cost is land cost only wor, that one is sunk cost, now got project, means net cash flow in...80% sold, Once S&P sign, bank will pay money to the Developer already, purchaser serve oni interest, net cash inflow assurance. Any future cost incurred will be marginal cost. Can die meh?

Gadang management is very conservative, no profit dun want to take the job. I heard one of the employee said, our boss is very China man, I tot he is going to say no good, but he said "I mean my boss is very careful."

compare to other construction company, Gadang got cash. Cash is important in survival. No cash apa pun tak boleh jalan. project will be slow, or facing sub-con stop work because of no payment. No cash people dun dare to award you contract. Got cash can ask sub-con to work faster. Got cash can ask for discount when other construction can even pay for old debts, U sub-con wanna do job with higher margin but dunno can collect money or not, or the payment slow like turtle and oni when you beg many time, cry and kneel before the developer or do job with lower margin but dun have to worry cannot collect money?

There is oso a theory saying that there is a financial war between China and US. to win the war, they need to get support. now US make trouble to the region, what it China come to show friendship and "menghulurkan tangan". China Stock Market 1 day can tok about 100 of billions, if I am not mistaken. U didn't see China buying 1MDB assets meh? They tok about RMB Bond issue oso, no?

Don't worry. As what most Gadang loyal investors insist, the company's fundamental remains resilient and sound. We shall be confident in GADANG. Earning visibility is there. Growth prospect is there, Cash flow is healthy, Management background is clean. Why should you worry? Anyway, sifu tksw said he phoned the sales office and most projects are selling well. I do not find any reason to dispose my shares at the moment. Any weakness is a good topping up time. Especially for those who have just received bonus pay. Haha.
