Topping up as well, it's unlikely that future earnings for gadang will be too affected by the announcement tomorrow. P/E is low now. Maybe it will fall further, but there's not reason why it wouldn't recover once sentiment improves. collect when it's cheap!

MRT is going on furiously to complete ahead of schedule

Gadang property project in JB is moving on as per schedule

How the announcement in the revised Budget will impact Gadang? The only possibility is MRT2 and HSR....but these projects will promote growth and i doubt it will get scaled down or postponed

capital city sold 80% already ler, that day I told here, and is already 50% in progress. A project exceed 50% completion will recognised more profit, as the certainty of the outcome is increase. The Vyne Condo Block A,B,C almost sold finished liao, now Block D coming out recently. Other properties project oso almost finished selling, only the Prima Apartment which is sold under market value sold 60%, due to the buyers need to be approved by Prima & as they are normally medium income people, has problem to get loan. If the Prima project is available to everybody, early-early finished liao lar... 225k to 300k + for 1000 sq ft apartment in Cyberjaya. According to some agent, way below market value.

The Prima Project and the terrace house there just kick off, already 30% completed, and the terrace house left 2 units nia, THis include one corner house about 4000 sq ft cost about RM1 mil and another I forgot how much.

The Bukit Sena project oso sold well, if not mistaken got phase 2 comming up, but I haven't spoken to the relevant sales office yet. This is a Bumi area properties, can manage to sell finished means veli good already

Just called their Kedah office, phase 1a sold, left corner lots oni, 70% completion, phase 1b is about to launch. Gadang next quarter result no worry already.
