在修订版算案下，今年的国内生产总值(GDP)预测被下调至4-4.5%，比原有的4%-5%稍低。

首相纳吉今午在布城公布了修订版预算案，《资汇》在这里替您整理出重点摘要：-

* 调整整份预算案可从中节省90亿令吉
* 大马不会陷入衰退或技术性衰退
* 月收入少过8000令吉者，可获2000令吉税务减免
* 政府负债不会超过GDP 55%
* 今年财政赤字维持在占GDP 3.1%
* 政府把今年油价估计调低至每桶30-36美元，原本估计价格是每桶
48美元
* 加速追税以增加国库收入
* 不会提高GST税率
* 令吉汇率被低估
* 重大与主要基建项目照跑，惟洽谈中项目可能被展延

納吉說，回想97年經濟風暴時，大馬出現負國內生產總值高達7.4%，造成很多人失業、通貨膨脹上升、股市下跌至260點。那時，有很多人無法出國留學，因為政府無法支付獎學金。
