gadang earning is derived from 3 sources, 1;property,2: govt infrastructure contracts ,3 utulity.if our country sinks deeper in economy contraction due to lower revenue from petroleum; govt would reduce infra-structure spending, on top of this, the 6%GST , and rising inflation based on ,weak ringgit have already killed the domestic consumer market, .....

Gadang already knows that affordable housing is the way to go in this tough times. I foresee more and more measures by government going forward is going to benefit affordable housing sector/first time house buyer.

Relax enning.. this is not Maybank.. this is Gadang's forum. Looks at its low P/E. Even if (I say, if) its earnings drop by 50%, its P/E is still within or below when compared to some of its peers. Also share split, bonus issues and warrants very soon. Cheers.
