tksw: look at the Gadang total shares vs net profit vs price.... unreasoable price from previous 2.0,now the only answer is the price going up and share split.......if the price no going up....the dividend also can eat until mother cant recognized.....

Guys, i hope you guys understand tan sri deal isnt a off market deal but throwing straight to the buyers in open market.

Dealing outside of closed period through open market simply means he is actually selling straight to the market to either retailers or others AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE THE RELEASE OF QUARTER RESULT (outside closed Period)

Hope you guys actually understand what the sentence mean. Anyway, I'm still holding my Gadang priced at 2.99, just don't be too optimistic ~

my advice is

do not waste time guessing what kok onn thinks

too many possible answers

why not spend more time thinking or evaluating

how the new JV bring in more profit to the company for the coming few years

Reason for KO in selling maybe just maybe as follow;
1. As per OTB answer.
2. He investment cost much lower hence to realise profit by selling. I.e buy on Rumour & sell of Fact.
3. Personally need additional cash for other purpose or investment. Or ready cash to exercise the future ESOS.
4. As going to propose ESOS the future profit will be effected. Logical sell now & buy back latter via exercise of future ESOS.

This my 2 cents reasoning. :D

Personally for short term, I do not think its benefit investors if co issue ESOS cause its will impact profit and reduce dividend yield. :(
