last checked the AGM minutes, shareholders attending AGM oni hold 3mil shares+.. and KYY attended the AGM.. and after that he said he asked ppl to sell first... before that.. he sort of have more than 3mil + shares... do the maths... dun tell me other shareholders attending AGM is oni small fly...

tksw sifu..if they issue shares, the number of shares increase...same like bonus shares and split share, the price will adjusted base on how many new share they issue..please correct me if im wrong, im still learning...tq..

I prefer zero land cost land cost development contract. Higher profit margin , it view it as an advantage over other property development company that got to spend high capexp for land
Be patient. Still a good investment for at least 20% annual return. I like
