well if you look at the different angle. Open tender actually will actually benefit Gadang as they are not politically linked or connected to any politics members. Hence with their strong track record and competitive pricing, they will definitely stand a better chance than some of the companies that awarded during LRT3. The prospect for Gadang under construction sector should be bright with the fair and honest tendering system !!

look at what tony pua mentioned for MRT3. Good chance that the MRT3 may be reviewed and awarded to the local companies under PDP rather than turnkey approach

my point of view is that this is a good co. I have to agree that they are not bias to any political personnel. Relatively well diversified with different type of value proposition, is not really out and out construction, it does utility, not a developer but do joint venture with Kwasa and do capital21. All these with a very solid engineering core. And it shows in their result.

PE 4.2 - the cheapest construction + property stock in the market. :o
Since almost all construction project paused, can only rely on Residential Property + Pr1MA + Hopital + Hotel + Shopping Mall. ECRL still under review.

When Gadang net profit drop 50% next year, PE will double too. Market is forward looking. For real life example, please refer Tambun. Many quoted its low PE and high dividend over the years but what happened. Revenue and profit all down year by year

WCT with a better asset quality is trading at 0.3x book value. I believe gadang has room for further drop. The bottom has yet to come.
