my point of view is that this is a good co. I have to agree that they are not bias to any political personnel. Relatively well diversified with different type of value proposition, is not really out and out construction, it does utility, not a developer but do joint venture with Kwasa and do capital21. All these with a very solid engineering core. And it shows in their result.

When Gadang net profit drop 50% next year, PE will double too. Market is forward looking. For real life example, please refer Tambun. Many quoted its low PE and high dividend over the years but what happened. Revenue and profit all down year by year
