PER is 4 which means the earnings yield is 1/4 = 25%. If you think Gadang is good stock, now is the good chance to collect at low price.

how low could he have collected it? lowest this year also RM0.64. His average price must be higher if he collected earlier. He dont seem like someone who will take profit after 5-10% gains.

Prior to the crash, most analysts are upbeat as they have order books to last 3 years.
What has changed is yet to be known. But your safety margin is historical pe4, relatively safe bet. Can it go to historical pe2?
Quite unlikely as owner and Epf are buying plus dividends would be soon announced.
If the shark sells, just buy it up

If construction outlook makes turnaround, definitely PER is not 4x but shld be higher.

Fabien Extraordinaire Market is forward pricing. It's forward P/E is definitely not 4x.

Why would its forward PER be much higher than 4?

Im thinking it might be lower actually. But irregardless, not need think so deep. Its cheap, management is good, and put their money where their mouth is.

Gadang involve in LRT3?

LRT3 originally only costs RM9 billions now increase to RM31.5 billions (extra about RM22 billions). PH government asked to reduce RM6 billions (means around RM25.5 billions) only in order to agree with the increment. The increment cause by change of routes & extra LRT stations during BN era. As I know, George Kent & MRCB involve in this project, right?
