Ive sold all my stake cum-dividend and have registered a handsome gain although on hindsight I shouldn't. I'm fairly convinced that it's overvalued compared to other financial institutions.

fair price is subjective and depends a lot on future earnings, they may have a great FY 2024 and pay out huge dividends and fair price can be upped higher

I think it's the salary review for government servant is the
catalyst. Since more government servant will be eligible to
loan from RCE.😃 Thus, growth in RCE business.

Why not downgrade when it's 2.7, 2.8, 2.9 or 3?
Look at glove's buy and sell call timing, you'll understand.
Most important is the Q3 result, if good should not have problem.
I think Q3 result is good, they are not able to push the price down.
So, they come up with a downgrade report.
