资产负债表来看，公司的总借贷是增加的，而现钱是大概跟去年保持差不多，欠债也稍微减少的，所以整体来说，管理层是把公司管理的非常好了，符合稳定，成长和股息三个要点了.
而且公司的nett profit margin非常高居然接近40%，我只能说这家公司真的是非常好赚了

Hi i noticed the major shareholder, Tan Sri Azman been buying since pandemic last year

However his shareholding been reduced to 53.59% vs ~60% last year.
How is this possible? Can help shed some lights? thanks

截至9月杪的次季，营业额年跌8.03%至6982万2000令吉。

该公司指，营收下跌归咎于6月的全面封锁，限制了业务活动，加上客户再融资活动减少，导致净利下滑。

首半年营业额年起5.13%，至1亿4785万7000；净利则年增19.92%，至6693万2000令吉。

展望未来，随着管制逐渐放宽，公司有更多销售活动，以吸引客户加入数字转型计划。

公司谨慎监视投资组合的质量，预计本财年仍能保持盈利。

至于每股7仙的股息，将于11月23日除权，12月6日派发。

20送1库存股·21送19红股

另外，RCE资本建议，按20送1的比例派送库存股，随后再按21送19的比例派送红股。

该公司周二向大马交易所报备，倘若两个计划都完成，意味着每持有1股的投资者，可额外获得1股新股。

该公司指，最多将派发1877万8370股库存股，及最多将派发3亿6025万1432股红股。

按过去5天的每日交易量加权均价（VWAP）3.29令吉为参阅价，派发红股后，股价将调整至1.72令吉，总股数则增至7亿5842万4000股。

该公司希望通过此次派股计划奖励股东，并提高股票流通性。

如无意外，这两项计划将在明年首季完成。

周二闭市时，RCE资本报3.79令吉，起5仙或1.3%，成交量60万1600股。

Another steady quarter. The result is within expectation (though the share dividend and bonus issue are not). Although operating income and profit before tax are the lowest in the last five quarters, the management has explained the impact due to FMCO that started in 1 Jun. Asset quality remains solid.

Looking back at my own comments in Jun, I’ve underestimated how much further the valuation could go. While I thought the share price was no longer cheap then, it went up another 30% in the span of 5 months. @kywoo was right and I was wrong.

However, while I believe in the management; the company strength and asset quality; its steady increase in dividend payout; I’m still concerned that earning growth since 2QFY21 has not kept up with the remarkable share price growth. In fact the gross financing has reduced slightly to RM1,852 million. It remains to be seen whether the company could resume its growth in coming quarters.

As such I will not add, and in fact may contemplate taking some profit if the share dividend and bonus issue result in a euphoria.

I love to hear @kywoo's opinion.

Pe of 20 to 30 sounds ok to unker sifu.
Lets hope the do get the license but if not still fine. My estimate is RM10 by end 2022 but now i think by end june 2022 will be RM10.
Dont do too much reseach ok. Just buy n hold.or the stock price will go up before u can buy .lol..
