Their Property Project - ZETAPARK is almost complete.. all buildings structure are completely built up.. seem good. (near to Wangsa Maju)

They are diversified.. their subsi is in Property development - where ZETAPARK is their project.. and last report was another unbilled RM300m.. which is due to be billed.. or probably already billed.. not sure too. but i drove past the site.. looks really nice, built above PARKSON... got potential i guess

Now the PE around 6, reasonable at around 10, use the eps multiply 10 then you will get the TP

This is a really lousy stock for investor. Everytime there is a rally, the major shareholders will sell out and the price will drop. The major shareholders have been accumulating the stock for a long time ( see bursa malaysia change in shareholding )at around 60 cents. The rally never last for this counter.
