When a stock reaches the target an analyst has set, the analyst logically has two ways to react: downgrade on valuation, or, re-adjust their target price to a higher level. Analyst reaction may also depend on the fundamental business developments that may be responsible for driving the stock price higher - if things are looking up for the company, perhaps it is time for that target price to be raised.

Cimb initiation article: EV = electric vehicles ( if I remember correctly )
have about 3 times more semiconductor devices => market is getting bigger.

Last Aug. Sept. business fell due to capex installation for biz expansion. Oct business kicked in and contributed to a 14% y-o-y increase in net profit which is the right comparison over q-o-q.

Good stuff.

Analysts are expecting capex to kick-in in 2018 FY.

PE is not high because of only 43.01 million outstanding shares.

ROE is ok but expect it to pick up across 15 which would then make is very investable.

Stock appears easily cornered. So what if it is RM30 by AGM time?

There will be bonus and splits to come.

The stock price of Texas Instruments is USD101.22 now. KESM can hit RM 21.80 before the AGM held on 11 January, 2018. A Split and a bonus issue will be main targets.
