Further to the Company’s announcement dated 13 April 2017, the Board of Directors of Anzo Holdings Berhad wishes to further announce that:-

MCC was incorporated on 7 May 1992 and having its principal activities in construction and property development. As of todate, the Company has undertaken many major construction projects e.g. construction of W-Hotel & Service Residences amounted to RM514 million, Sunway Velocity at Cheras, KL amounted to RM225 million, 3.5 million ton Alliance Steel Plant at Kuantan, Malaysia- China Industrial Park amounted to RM1.2 billion etc. The Directors are Mr Yang Ruobing, Mr Zhang Yu, Ms Ma Ying , Mr Yi Xiao Feng, Mr Tsen Fui Teng @ Danny, Mr Han Xu and Mr Gong Caijun. MCC is wholly-owned by MCC Overseas Ltd (Company No. 110000009934879), a company incorporated in China. The existing share capital of the Company is RM8,000,000.00 divided into 8,000,000 shares.

Subject to finalization of contract pricing and agreement of terms and conditions, HCCSB-MCC will be the appointed as main contractor to jointly undertake the construction of the project. The scope of work include, Foundation of piling works; Basement and upper floor carparks inclusive of Mechanical & Electrical (“M&E”) services; Main buildings inclusive of Mechanical & Electrical works, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, façade & cladding and ancillary works; and Infrastructure work inclusive of earthworks, landscaping, facilities, flyover & ramps.

Last time under name Harvest. Same thing happen. The price drop sharply from 47 sen to 10 sen in one day trading. They change name to Anzo. Same thing happen . Pump and dump counter. Anzo will get the same faith like harvest. This wrong doing practice need to be stop.

This is a cruel trap counter. Can see it tries to attract ppl to go in. At every price about to reach another higher price level, insider will dump few thousand lot to prevent the price from moving up. Hope Bursa will do something on such rubbish stock.

a word of caution to investors . dont let your hard earned money vanished into thin air. for the final time i would like to share my 25 years experience in stock market .1993 experienced a super bull market but thereafter over 90 percent incurred huge ,huge losses.have u notice penny stocks are in the limelight now with rotational play.my experience is what thereafter.newcomers must be very very careful. just be alert and observant yourself .u will see some small cap counters nose-dived.this is a clear indicator.what the stock market has in store for investors in the very near future. i for one is going to stay clear from the market and see u all in few months time.

Touch wood, i will never buy this counter again!!!! Let me tell u my experience on Friday last; i bot 20 lots at 0.255 in the morning, then it went down to 0.24, my feeling halfway to holland; so i keyed in 0.26 to sell. In the afternoon session it was done; it went as high as 0.265 but closed lower!!! i made about RM30; hardly able to enjoy myself at Starbucks!!!!
Lesson I learned: dont act like a fool in Bursa, u can get injured seriously!!!

相信今天有许多股友被高价牢套，大户怎麽又会放过你们呢？明早应该会利用＂好＂消息把股价推高至 0.40 水平（股价暴跌后技术反弹），然后吸引散户进场拉低昨日的买入价（散户期待股价反弹得以脱身），结果大庄再乘机狠狠往下＂炸＂。。。然后去东厂结算开大炮庆祝，可怜散户呢？？
