More piling projects will be forthcoming. Pintaras Jaya is a very well reputed piling company. Even the coming tallest building is done by Pintaras! Keep buying as this counter has been sold down previously..

Remains attractive due to its moat and competitive advantage as compared to Econpile and Ikhmas. One who does detailed research in piling industry shall understand the differences between these 3. All in all, Piling is a booming industry in 2016 due to strong demand in construction.

Ikhmas and Pintaras are preferred for unique moat reasons.

Pintaras Jaya is a better counter. Par value is RM1 verses RM0.25 in Ikhmas; Dividend paid last year 18 cent per share, Ikhmas is yet to declare its first since IPO; Pintaras is cash rich whereas Ikhmas has about 7 millions loan (net) as at 30th Sept 2015.
