Rohas PE has been pumped up from 15 to 21 in very short time. To bring back the PE to 15 the rolling 4 Q eps has to be 4.7c. So coming q eps has to be 1.74c

Hong Leong Investment Bank Research (HLIB) has upgraded Rohas Tecnic Bhd to “Buy” at 70 sen with a higher target price (TP) of 79 sen (from 57 sen) and said Rohas recently secured fabrication contracts for 130 towers (RM19.5 million) for Phase 1 of the Sarawak telco towers with rollout for phase 2 to come.

In a note today, HLIB said it expects core earnings to improve sequentially underpinned by completion of its loss-making HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd legacy contracts and stronger fabrication orders.

“Orderbook stands at RM230 million (1.5x cover) for towers and RM420m (1.8x cover) for EPCC.

“Increase FY20-21 earnings forecast by 10-14% and upgrade to Buy rating with higher TP of 79 sen after earnings adjustment based on 12x PE multiple to reflect improved outlook for its tower fabrication segment,” it said.

With 5G deployments now being underway across most geographies, the report is based on a new iteration of its market research on how to realize the 5G industry digitalization business potential. The findings building up the study indicate that the total projected value of the 5G-enabled digitalization revenues in Malaysia will be approximately MYR 33 billion (USD 8 billion) by 2030. Of this, up to MYR 16 billion (USD 3.8 billion) or almost half can be addressed by telecom service providers.

I got your point. the job isn't an unexpected windfall. I think Rohas positioned itself for the job. If that's true more opportunities will follow as 5G has many miles to go like layout of fiber-optic cables, installation of small cells etc. Now is just the starting point. Hope your prediction will come true.
