Don't know about you guys, but in one of the thread above, there is a link which showed a major director disposing 5 million shares last Friday. All profit generating assets for tecnic have already been acquired by skpres, so tecnic is now just technically just a shell company with its future still undecided, right? :) Why would you want to invest in a company with no revenue generation now unless its directors announce new plans for the company, for all you know in max 12 mths, it might get delisted and remaining assets sold and distributed to share holders. I sold off my shares last Friday at .735 as uncertain future even though potential to go up to max rm1.035 today. Looking at today, limits still frozen, something too think about?

UALA LUMPUR (Apr 29): Tecnic Group Bhd ( Financial Dashboard) shares declined as much as 9.7% this morning after being queried by Bursa Malaysia yesterday on the sharp increase in the price of its shares.

At 12.30pm, Tecnic shares were nine sen or 9.73% lower at 83.5 sen, with 883,500 shares done. At 84.5 sen the stock had a market capitalisation of RM37.37 million. Yesterday, its share price jumped 25.85% or 19 sen to reach 92.5 sen, after about to 7.2 million shares changed hands.

Yesterday, Tecnic (fundamental: 2.8; valuation: 3) said it was not aware of any previously undisclosed corporate development, rumours or possible explanations which would account for the unusual market activity.

Tecnic's share price has been climbing rapidly in the last week, ahead of its distribution-in-specie of SKP Resources Bhd (SKP Resources) shares, following the special dividend ex-date last Thursday on April 23, 2015.

In fact, the company’s share price reached the upper limit threshold last Thursday and Friday, which prompted a momentary freeze of its shares trading price.

The company had earlier announced a corporate exercise which involved the distribution of 172.09 million SKP Resources (fundamental: 2.1; valuation: 1.1) shares held by Tecnic to Tecnic shareholders, on the basis of 4.26 SKP Resources shares for every one Tecnic share held.

It is also distributing RM94.93 million in cash proceeds and a RM11.7 million repayment received from the takeover by SKP Resources to shareholders, on the basis of RM2.64 for every one Tecnic share held.

this stock had drive me crazee
I still do not know want to hold or sell.
cant predict at all.same as jobst and some say this stock may take months or years to recover at least half from its previous value RM6++
hope it will climb by next week..really cant predict its graph..but already got a query from bursa.
the profit seems good and got lot of order from automotive sector since car price drop a bit lower after GST.

This stock is a shell company at the moment. If the Company can find new biz within the next 12 months, then still got hope. Otherwise, it will be delisted. NTA maybe approx. 50cent now. Jz my 2cent.

i dont think this stock gonna be delisted.
the company just announce that their revenue better than last year for 1Q. hopefully it will bounce back tomoro.
i just wonder why the value was dropped after the ex date of their special dividend.
