faizal, that's last year's story. After that, presumably, they are trying to fix the company before the take over. Hence "The Proposals" which include private placement and the share capital reduction. The latest one, the 1st QR for fy2017 was announced on the 30th Dec 2016.

At the moment, I'm not so sure. They are retaining the surplus after the elimination of losses for future purposes and not giving back to shareholders. So..that might affect some of the fundamental aspects positively.

Excerpt from their announcement dated 23rd Jan 2017

"The Proposed Par Value Reduction or the Proposed Share Capital Reduction, as the case may be, will not result in any adjustment to the share price of the Company or the number of shares held by the Company’s existing shareholders"

We are now in a 'no par value' era so should be Share capital reduction.
