This company is amazing cash flow machine. Operating CF a whopping RM43.7mil against net profit RM18mil. 2.34 times of earnings

Agreed, cash surged to RM1.09/share.
If we buy now at RM1.41 means we are using RM0.32/share to buy a business that able to generate annual EPS of RM0.27/share (assume annual PAT of RM30mil).
Amazing cheap and we haven't take into account of the generous dividends yet.

Stock price should be more than RM3.00. Dividend 3 sen every quarter equals >8% pa. Great management. Share dividend is an added bonus. So much cash can now do even more buybacks.

Since December last year, we have gotten lots of dividend. In Dec 2021 got 0.05, In April & July we got 0.03 in each month. Now in Sept, we will be getting another 0.03 and share dividend of 2%.

Total cash dividend will be 0.14 and if current price of FLBHD is 1.40, the share dividend is worth 0.028. Total dividend from Dec 2021 to Sept 2022 is RM0.168. Based on price of 1.40, the dividend yield is about 12%.

I have held this stock for years, they have always been good to minority shareholders with good dividends. Much better than putting money in the bank.

Hong Leong is the only broker coverage on FLB. Based on their June report, they predicted FLB EPS 26.3sen for FY22 and 26.6sen for FY23. 6 months FY22 EPS almost 18sen. Surely 8sen for remaining 2 quarters are more than achievable. They already have pending orders to fulfill. Strong USD will benefits them substantially as 95% of their sales in USD while 80% of their costs in RM. Why need to rush and queuing to buy USD at money exchange when it is a better bet to place your money with FLB?

FLBHD doing so well. Strong Net Cash Inflow. Trading at a discount below NTA. Zero debt. Rewards minority shareholders with consistent good dividends. Now bonus issue coming. If wasn't because of market sentiments, this stock should have set a all time record high. Am still buying.

I would suggest management to stop wasting cash to buy back shares

better distribute cash dividends to shareholders instead as there are better options to deploy capital than increased their pie in the company
