Reds,there are counters share price higher ,however financial performance is very much poorer.Loosing 400k is nothing to worries so much.

Heard the court case postpone to end June 2017.
Got few lawyers who used to handdle slighlty simmiliar cases,it is will take much longer.

There few things pet needs to look at.
It also involved the Department of Eviroment when talk about Effluent discharge.

There are lots of cases involving Effluent discharge and settle throught out understanding..lOne of it is;
Plantation ..........Vs DOE


The question is now,is there anyway to contruct effluent discharge pipe "UNDER" a gas pipe?
Size of pipe and thickness?type of pipe?approval from DOE etc.

The ways the pusher shaking the weak holders were more frightening then a roller coaster ride, as 90% of this counter the shareholding was tideheld! So, make sure you are still holding it. This is like somebody trying to shake the monkey from the coconut tree! ^:^cheers

Approaching AGM on 20th June,Mclean wil move higher then 0.35 cts.

Profit gurantee claimed was sucessful and RM1.2 million additional profits is very good for small company like Mclean.
Investor will also be more confident with their investments.

I m not a lawyer ,need to know details of cases.
There are few type of postpone.

However as it approach the date of hearing,noted that vol traded are parallel to positive price movement.Trend was the same last few week when it hit high of 0.35 cts.

Two things to look at tommorow onward,the AGM and the case.
